Black Bear Lodge vacation rental is absolutely one of the best bargains for "group lodging" in the Smokies!!!! With rates starting @$200 per night, we make visiting The Great Smokey Mountains National Park affordable. Whether planning a family reunion, private wedding party, church outing or a family vacation to the Smokies, our private vacation rental has it all and will accommodate up to 14 guest!!!! Our unique, chalet has lots of room with over 4000 square feet plus an attached double carport (great for all you antique car buffs who want to pamper that "baby" during all the car shows). Black Bear Lodge is centrally located, only minutes from Dollywood and 2.5 miles off the Glades Arts and Crafts Community, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, catch the trolly and leave the driving to someone else! Black Bear Lodge vacation cabin features level paved parking, easy entry (great for the physically challenged), 5 bedrooms, (2 King Log Beds, 3 Queen Log Bedrooms) plus an additional sleep futon for the kids. For maximum privacy, 3 bedrooms have their own full baths (one with whirlpool tub) with the two queen bedroom sharing a bath. The spacious Jr. Master Suite features a king log bed, TV and sleep futon and seperate full bath. The main oversized master suite features a king log bed, TV and amazing views of the smokies. An adjoining master bath features a large garden tub, double head walk in shower, double sinks and makeup vanity. For those who can't leave work at home, there is an office alcove with desk, high speed and WIFI. The large family area features a Satelite TV with DVD player, extensive Movie Library with over 100 movies and Gas Fireplace. The spacious dining table has setting for 8 with 4 additional barstools, great for holiday entertaining. The kids and grown ups alike will enjoy the Game Room with Pool Table, wrap around bar with TV, Playstation with games, Old Fashion Juke Box, plus WIDE SCREEN TV. Relax on the back porch as you enjoy the panoramic view of the Smokies and enjoy the setting sun as it paints a palet of colors on the majestic mountains below. Retreat to the covered downstairs porch for a bubbly hot tub massage or escape to the upper deck, relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as dusk encloses and fireflys and 'critters' visit the gentle rolling mountains below. Enjoy cooking outside on the charcoal grill and dine underneath the stars as the cool evening breezes engulf you with their calming effect. For those who prefer dining indoors, our fully furnished kitchen will please even the most demanding chef. Great time savers include, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, iron and ironing boards and make-up mirror and vanity. We are offering exceptional rates for exceptional lodging, with exceptional Smoky Mountain Views, Ask about our referral rebate and receive discount lodging for referring a guest who also books a reservation within 12 months of your original reservation. Black Bear Lodge vacation renatal is a NON Smoking unit but does welcome "Small pampered pets", because we know they are family too!!!.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Maximum Occupancy and Rates are based on 14 people
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days before your arrival date. We accept Visa, MC, Discover or Money Orders. A $1000. damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a cashier's check or cash, this damage deposit will be returned to you via check within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. Or you may purchase a $39 Damage Protection policy in lieu of a $1000.00 cash Damage Deposit". A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 20% Cancellation fee or $150 whichever is greater.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit unless the reservation dates can be duplicated to another individual then the 20% cancellation or $150 fee applies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Sorry, No refunds or rescheduling is available for the month of October or holidays.
